Ways to invest

Managed or self-directed — same engine

Hand us your own exchange account to run, or take the platform and drive it yourself. Whichever you choose, the same mandates, risk controls, and reporting apply.

YOU KEEP CUSTODY

Managed accounts

Your exchange account · our strategies

  • Your capital never leaves your own exchange account — we never take custody.
  • Connect with trade-only API keys (withdrawals stay disabled), encrypted at rest.
  • The same strategies that run the fund execute on your account, as is.
  • Watch every position and fill live on your venue, plus our per-account reporting.

  • Fluxy Fund's live signals included by default — follow the book while you build your own.
  • Write strategies in the editor with AI assistance, or start from working templates.
  • Backtest with the same quant-grade engine, then deploy as your own live mandates.
  • Same execution, risk controls, and per-account reporting the fund itself runs on.

Track record

Real returns, losing months included

Monthly performance of the Multi Strat book since 2023 — the same externally administered record that ChillQuant fund clients receive. No cherry-picking — drawdown months are part of the record. Typical maximum drawdown: 21%.

The stack

Everything between an idea and an audited return

Most platforms stop at the backtest. Fluxy Fund carries a strategy through live execution, risk control, and investor reporting — the parts that make it a fund instead of a notebook.

Quant-grade backtesting

In-sample / out-of-sample splits, volatility targeting, and market realism — delistings, liquidations, funding — so paper returns survive contact with production.

Automated execution

Portfolio mandates execute around the clock across Binance, KuCoin, Hyperliquid, Bybit, Bitstamp, and Interactive Brokers — sizing positions from strategy signals, portfolio scalars, and leverage brackets.

Unitized NAV accounting

Every investor holds units. Deposits, withdrawals, fees, and crystallization all settle at NAV-per-unit — the same accounting discipline as a traditional fund administrator.

Risk controls that act

Volatility targets, exposure dead-bands, delisting monitors, and venue-health checks run continuously — and intervene before a problem compounds.

Transparent performance

Flow-adjusted returns, per-holder P&L history, and portfolio benchmarks — every number traceable to fills, funding, and fees on the venue.

Investor reporting

Each investor gets their own statement view — balance, units, P&L, cashflow history — plus proactive email alerts when something needs their attention.

New · Build

Scriptable bots, with an AI copilot

Two ways to put your own code to work: portfolio strategies that run on the mandate engine, and — new — event-driven bots with a workbench built around them. The same AI editor powers both.

Scriptable bots

Event-driven · One isolated worker per bot

  • Write a Python bot that reacts to candles, timers, and order events — deployed on its own isolated worker.
  • Declare feeds that poll any external API or your own platform datasets, test each one with a click, and watch them live.
  • Preview against live market data with simulated fills before a single real order is armed.
  • Live metrics charts for every run — zoom into the minute that matters.

The AI editor

Grounded in your data · Validated by backtest

  • Autocomplete introspected from the engine itself — the surface you are offered is exactly the surface that runs.
  • Describe a strategy in plain language; the AI writes it against the real engine API, grounded in your live dataset catalog and actual sample rows.
  • Every AI-generated strategy is validated with a real backtest before you see it — no code that cannot run.
  • For bots, the assistant proposes changes and only you apply them — your code stays yours.

From research to live

One pipeline, no rewrites

01

Research with honesty

Write strategies in a full editor with AI assistance, then backtest against in-sample / out-of-sample splits with volatility targeting, delisting and liquidation realism baked in — so the curve you see is the curve you can expect.

02

Deploy as a mandate

Promote a strategy to a live portfolio mandate. Position sizing, leverage brackets, and per-strategy multipliers are enforced automatically across every connected venue.

03

Report to the penny

Unitized NAV accounting tracks every investor at NAV-per-unit precision — deposits, withdrawals, crystallization, and per-holder P&L history, all reconciled continuously.

Platform pricing

One plan, everything included — signals, editor, backtesting, live mandates on your own accounts. Starts with a 7-day free trial; cancel anytime.

FAQ

The questions that decide it

Is Fluxy Fund non-custodial?

Yes. Your capital stays in your own exchange accounts. The platform connects with trade-only API keys — withdrawals stay disabled at the venue level — and you can revoke access at any time by deleting the key on your exchange.

Which exchanges are supported?

Binance (spot and USDⓈ-M futures), KuCoin (spot and futures), Hyperliquid, Bybit, Bitstamp, and Interactive Brokers. Balances from every connected venue feed one portfolio view; live execution runs on the perpetual-futures venues.

What is the difference between managed accounts and platform access?

With a managed account, you connect your own exchange account and the same strategies that run the fund execute on it — you keep custody throughout. With platform access, you drive everything yourself: write or generate strategies and bots, backtest them, and deploy your own live mandates.

How honest is the backtesting engine?

Point-in-time data joins make look-ahead impossible by construction, funding is charged at each venue’s real settlement times, delisted assets are force-closed instead of silently erased, and in-sample/out-of-sample splits are built in.

Can AI write my strategy or bot?

Yes. The built-in AI editor is grounded in the live dataset catalog and real sample rows, writes against the actual engine API, and every generated strategy is validated with a real backtest before you see it. For bots, the assistant proposes changes and only you apply them.

How much does it cost?

One platform plan with everything included — signals, the AI editor, backtesting, and live mandates on your own accounts — starting with a 7-day free trial. Managed-account terms are arranged directly.
