Our strategies. Your account. Your custody.
A managed account gives you the fund's live book without the leap of faith: the same strategies that run the Multi Strat book execute on an exchange account you own, connected with trade-only API keys. Your capital never touches our balance sheet — you can watch every position and fill on your own venue, and revoke access in one minute by deleting the key.
Custody
Non-custodial is the whole design, not a feature
Trade-only API keys
Withdrawals stay disabled
Keys carry read and trade permission only — withdrawal rights are never requested, so the venue itself enforces that funds cannot leave your account. Secrets are encrypted at rest and decrypted only at the moment of execution.
Verifiable on your venue
Independent of our UI
Every position, order, and fill appears in your exchange's own interface and history. You audit the account with the venue, not with us.
Six venues, one book
Binance · KuCoin · HL · Bybit · Bitstamp · IB
Balances from every connected venue roll into one portfolio view and one NAV; live execution runs on the perpetual-futures venues.
Accounting
Fund-administrator discipline, automated
Behind every account runs the same unitized accounting a traditional administrator would keep: you hold units, and deposits, withdrawals, fees, and P&L all settle at NAV-per-unit. Management and performance fees respect each investor's own entry point, high-water mark, and hurdle — computed by the system every period, never by hand — and crystallization is an explicit, auditable event.
Unitized NAV
Pro-rata by construction
Every cashflow converts to units at the prevailing NAV-per-unit, so late joiners never dilute early ones and every investor's return is exactly their own.
High-water-mark fees
You only pay on new highs
Performance fees apply only above your personal high-water mark and hurdle. The mark ratchets on gains and holds through drawdowns — enforced automatically by the accounting engine.
Statements & alerts
Your numbers, delivered
A per-investor statement view — balance, units, P&L, cashflow history — plus proactive email alerts when something needs your attention.
Track record
Judged on the record, losing months included
The Multi Strat book's externally administered monthly record — the same statements ChillQuant fund clients receive — is published in full on the product page: every month since 2022, drawdowns included, with a typical maximum drawdown of 21%. Digital-asset investments are volatile and can lose value; past performance does not guarantee future results.
